This place has modern, functional rooms with comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, climate control, and a microwave for convenience and safety measures like smoke detectors.

Friendly owner and very reasonable price.

Ice machine is in office instead of outside and has only a small scoop which makes it difficult to fill a cooler. Also, carpeting outside of rooms should be taking out. Rain and moisture has given them a musty/moldy smell.

We had a great at this hotel: BEAUTIFUL location and accommodating staff. Stayed in a king room room, it was new-fashioned with coffee maker and a microwave, for instance.

The rooms here are really nice and have their own private bathrooms. They even have a fridge and glassware 👌. Plus, they come with hypo-allergenic pillows and a cozy bed to ensure a good night's sleep.

The location was good for where I needed to be. The manager/owner was a decent fellow.

The carpet was filthy! Needs to be replaced or the least a good shampoo!

Cozy and comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained. The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff was great, ensuring a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with nearby dining options. I would highly recommend On Monroe, BW Signature Collection for a great stay.

Reservation initially was wrong at checkin desk, had two nights instead of one. Caused initial confusion and delays

No records of our reservations when we arrived and the employees could barely speak English so it was a hassel figuring out our arrangements.

Loved the convenient location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city. It made exploring the area and finding restaurants and shops very easy. Additionally, the hotel had free WiFi, which was a nice bonus. We were able to stay connected and share our experiences with friends and family.

The room was run-down and in need of renovations. The furniture was broken and poorly repaired, which didn't make for a comfortable stay.

the whole experience was good from start to finish, would definitely recommend. the hotel property was nice with quiet and exceptionally nice location not far from rochester and fun things to do and shops. the check in was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the property.
